Looking at the parts catetog for my 2004 Suncruiser 35U, I could not identify the part number needed for the compartment light cover in the right front compartment. The last 5 digits of my coach s/n are ..41249
The bulb burned a hole in the plastic lens.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

This is my first post, so I really don't know what I am doing. Hope this works.

That's a pretty standard part. You should be able to find it at most RV stores.

Steve:

Welcome to the forum . You will find this a most helpful site.

I agree with Clay. You will find that plastic lens at most any RV dealer, Camping World, or other places that might sell RV parts/accessories.

If you use the following link, check the year and enter those 5 digits, you should get the parts list for your rig. I tried it and it did seem to work.

Call Lichtsinn Motors with your VIN #. They will identify the correct part and ship it to you. Great people.

Lichtsinn is the Winnebago dealer which is closest to the factory in Forrest City. You can get their number by google-ing them.

Thanks to all for the help. I think I now have the correct numbers. As there are always things to take care of on the RV, I will be a frequent visitor.

A burned or melted lens usually indicates a higher wattage bulb than the fixture was designed for.....check the bulb number before installing a new cover.

Camping World and a local dealer Haberson Swanston usually have the replacement lenses in large quantities and they are less than $2
