Clicking Battery Isolation Manager

I have a Winnebago Itasca Ellipse 42d. Periodically there is an annoying clicking sound that seems to come from the battery isolation manager. Its a click-click-click-click noise that goes on for several minutes and often in the middle of the night when I am trying to sleep. Happens when plugged into 20 amp or 50 amp service. Any ideas?
