If you measured the 500 ohms between the microwave hot and neutral you were simply measuring the resistance of the clock, which is always connected between the hot and neutral. I'm not convinced this is your problem even though you say the shock went away, current between hot & neutral is normal and should not cause a shock unless there is a compromised service neutral and a ground/neutral connection at the RV, but then you'd be having issues with everything. Pull the plug on your microwave at home and measure between the prongs and see what you get on that one.

On trailers or Rv that are supposed to have the metal parts grounded for safety, it is when the ground is not good and the voltage shows up when you knock on the metal door!
If we think of the definiton of voltage, it is not possible to have a voltage on a good ground! A good ground can't have a difference in potential when tested to a good ground!

When doing service work in an area with lots of trailer courts, the company instructions were to test the metal with a tester before knocking but it was rarely done and several did get knocked down!

Due to the weather and being a bit of a wimp, I usually had on gloves and did not get the big hit!
