2018 Forza Multiplex Switch Control Panel in Bathroom

I have a 2018 Forza. My control panel in the bathroom is not communicating with the main control which is located on an adjacent wall. The bathroom panel has no wires at all, so I am assuming it is bluetooth to the main panel...
Anyone had this problem and has any one figured out how to get it off the wall and are there battery(s) in the unit???

Disregard, I found that the control panel in the bathroom is blue toothed to the main panel. I found that it has a battery 2032. It snaps on by pulling it outward from the wall.

BTW, is this case it was marketed by Firefly Integrations,
