Window Channel Rubber Replacement

Has anyone had to replace the rubber channel for the sliding window? I have a rubber run channel with slots in it that is torn and needs replacing. Winnebago said it costs $18.23/foot! I’m curious how to remove it where the vertical frame is in the middle. Does the sliding window lift out of the frame from the inside?

On our rig, the horizontal sliding windows will lift up and toward the inside if you slide it to just the right spot. There are track stoppers (for lack of better term) in the upper channel to prevent entry efforts. You may have to remove those (screw attached rubber blocks) first.

We purchased replacement seal mat'l from these folks several years ago https://www.all-rite.com/catalog-mai...s-gaskets.html
We didn't pay $18.23/ft. Not shilling for them. Just a starting point for you.
