What is this for? 2014 Itasca Meridian 34B

I have two of these small black fittings, this one is in the bedroom above the light switches, and the other is on the back of the sink island in the main area.

Hard to find in the books if we don't first know what it is we have in hand!!
But for the best info, look at section 4-10 of the book for how to use!

thermostat zone-temperature sensor!!

My PDF manual has the water heater under 4-10. The thermostat is under 4-12 but makes no mention of the sensor. I will have to check the paper copy.

Yes, the info on sensors is not there, Just how to set the thermostat once we get there!
Lots of weird in some of the things we get as info.

That's where I often get frustrated with new items I buy. They look like they can do wonderful things---but it may take a week to figure out how!

take the screws out and see if there are wires going to it!!!
