Highpockets... Winnebago provides these 3-D Parts diagrams only for motorhomes - not trailers. Sorry. but it's always been that way.
Some of the very old files still require the software download. I ran across them the other day while wandering around their website.

I think there are two separate URLs. One has everything without download necessary and the other is the old "IND" (industry) URL that still has the old files.

Knowing WBGO they may not have ever gotten around to updating all the links to the new web address. They seem prone to that error.

I guess just that top lip is molded fiberglass?
Yes the top lip piece is molded something, I think fiberglass on a 2015 Vista 27N. Here's a photo of the back of my 2015 Vista 27N. Does not have any bulge but is not pefectly flat, either. I don't know exactly what the construction is between the interior finish wall and the outer Filon. I'm pretty sure there are aluminum box studs inside as there are cabinets fastened to the interior back wall and a ladder fastened to the outside back wall. There are aluminum box studs on each side of the wall as there are many screws fastening the back to the sidewalls down both sides.
