2008 Itasca Cambria 29H Towing lifted Jeep?

Ok please don't beat me up to bad. I have searched many pages for an answer to this question. A little info 1st.

I have a 2008 Itasca Cambria 29h with a hitch height of 18" off the ground. Looking at a 04 Jeep wrangler with a little bit of lift, aftermarket front bumper with a winch. Wanting to tow via the D rings that are 26" off the ground. I understand that I would need a drop/rise receiver reversed to 8" rise to make level. Problem is I would be approx. 3" under the spare tire and cover.

Question is: Would I be banging the drop hitch into the spare tire and cover when hitting bumps in the road? Or would I be ok? My coach has airbags in the rear. I hope I explained this correctly.

Thanks.

if you yank up and down on the raised hitch does it hit the spare tire? If not you might be ok, but you are on the right track you really want your tow bar as level as possible
