Roof details

Not all parts of the roof are being completely replaced. The area over the galley seems solid enough to save, and it's full replacement would have increased greatly the scope of the project, so I am simply overlaying the existing foam with new plywood. This picture shows how the panels are lapped together with a mating strip so that they fit tight and smooth.
This photo shows the how the new panels were inserted from the top, which leaves them incomplete because the edges don't overlap the frame. Perimeter strips will be glued in from the bottom side to complete the sandwich.
