2008 Winnebago View Slideout problems

Posted 02-27-2021 at 05:08 PM by Skinny Win

Hi!
Our 08 View 24J slideout has stopped working. We replaced the Barker motor, but the slide still won't move. We do not see the gear and rod moving. But, we can hear the motor running now (which we only heard clicking prior.). Any suggestions of what to try next?
Thanks!
Kerry

Posted 02-12-2021 at 10:38 PM by HARVY

Hi,

I have a 2019 Vista LX 35F, with a Magnum Energy MS2000 Inverter/Charger and ME-MR Remote Controller (I have a ME-RC50 on order, but that's not the point of my post).

Roof damage inn 2004 Minnie Winnie

Posted 02-05-2021 at 05:10 PM by rickandellen

Our roof started peeling off in high wind conditions in Utah.

We submitted the repairs to our insurance company and they said this would not be covered because
“this was a know problem with Winnebagos and is due to a manufacturer’s defect”.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did your insurance company respond to covering the repairs?

Thanks
