Back Up Camera

Posted 03-27-2021 at 01:45 PM by Barbara

Purchased a 2021 Winn. Mirco Minnie 2106SD.
Is supposed to be prewired for a Voyager backup camera. Should I use the prewired wires? Do you still have to purchase a monitor or will it show on the truck screen? Are there better cameras or should I go wireless? If so brand name please. What are good price ranges? Are the bigger monitor really that much better. Issues with my Heat pump.

Posted 03-11-2021 at 03:25 AM by Ding

I have 2006 Journey 36G and we are going to be permanent RVrs June 1st, but I just found an issue. When I turn the units A/C on it makes a loud humming noise and then after a minuet or so it trips the breaker. It does the same thing if I turn on the electric heat. Gas heat works fine, but with summer knocking on our door the A/C is going to be a must. Any ideas and can a regular Heating & A/C guy help or do I need to take to an RV shop.

As we prefer not to have to fly now, finding one within about a 400 mile proximity would be nice, but for the right unit we would. I will not need to secure financing. If you have such a unit with lower miles
