I cannot find any thrown breakers how does the generator tie in to the electrical system and where is this connection. the gen will operater every other system except the rear air and the rear air...

rear air won't run on gen

My rear air worked for years on the gen now it will not run on the generator not even the fan. Everything turned off no load it still will not run on gen. It run great on shorepower, any suggestion?
