OK, tray is sliding better-at least it moves with modest effort now! Used a lithium grease on the roller, latches and guides and it moves so it will at least open, close and latch.

OK, found the problem. The latch did release but the tray takes a lot of force to pull forward. I will try lubricating the rollers and slides first and see if that makes any difference. I should...

Ellipse/Tour-Generator tray not releasing to extend-HELP!

I am unable to extend the generator tray on our new to us 2011 Itasca Ellipse 42QD. I've pulled the release handle forward as is shown in the manual-it moves about 1" but nothing on the slide...
