Has anyone had problems completing the customer survey on the web? I cannot seem to progress from page 2 to page 3.

I tried and had the same problem as you. I notified Winnebago by email and got no reply. I finally gave up.

I received it shortly after I bought my new Winne.

I had problem with the survey, and I can't remember if they emailed me and asked if I was going to finish it, or I emailed them and told them I couldn't get to another page.

Anyhow they sent me the fix, and I finished it.

Finally completed the survey after the 10th attempt. It seems that it is not friendly to anyone with a dial up internet connection.

Now that you mention it, I was using dial up when I had trouble.
