Replacing water filter

Adventurer 38r
I'm trying to replace the under sink water filter and the Manuel states to raise the valve and turn the colored ring fully clockwise..i don't see a colored ring except the black ring holding the filter and no pictures in the Manuel. I'm needing clarification please.

Thank you
Polly

Polly, give Winnebago Industries a call. I've emailed them a few times asking for pics for specific items and they have responded quickly. Good luck!
