Seat Belt Bar Removal

I have removed the bench seats to replace with standard chairs in my 07 Meridian. On the forward facing bench there were seat belts, that were attached to a very stout piece of metal. That metal was bolted down (7) to the floor of the slide. My question are the bottom of the bolts easy to get to from the under side of the slide? I will admit to not opening the slide yet to see!! If anyone has done this procedure please advise.

In doing a search there was an old topic about it but nothing was said about how the get the bolts out.

Thanks
