HWH jack springs
Hi
Can anyone tell me how to find the correct HWH jack spring for my coach?
I was able to get a number off of the rear jack. I cannot find numbers on the fronts.
Are the fronts and rears the same?
HWH service manual does not seem to list the numbers.
I appreciate any help on this

Why not ask HWH directly?
Welcome to HWH Corporation

If you need to leave a message at HWH, they will call back, it just may take a week to ten days. Just so you are prepared.

HWH tech support is 3 weeks backlogged.
Hoping to get the correct replacement springs prior to that.

Sorry, didn't know you had already tried HWH. The alternate source might be a good idea. The spring is only needed to retract the piston. As long as the spring is the correct length and strong enough to retract the piston, you'd be good. If the rear spring is the same length as the front, I'd just get a more of those. If upon trial they don't work, you can remove and return them for the proper springs.

Thanks for all the replies.
I have a call in to Stuart's.
Hope to hear back tomorrow.
Hanna RV has a pretty good website.
I believe my springs are R3847
Good idea about checking length etc of the rear. I did not think of that.
Think I will go out and make a comparison of front vs rear

azpete on this forum also works for HWH. His cell is 602-549-3638. I called him and he got back to me in less than an hour. (While 1 .5 week later I got factory service call back.) He is very knowledgeable on the systems and had my answers & ballpark prices. AZpete travels the country and does the rallies for HWH.
Save this info, it may come in very handy sometime when you can't break camp because the slides or jacks won't come in. .... and some quick advise is worth avoiding a lot of frustration.

Take the number off the rear jack and go to parts and search on that number. It will show a short document of all the parts on your jack including part number for the springs. If you can't find it post the number of the jack here and I will find it for you.
