On many Winnies they put a large metal plate on the roof as a mount for the Air Horns. Right over the driver. Might even be bolted or metal screwed into the metal cage that Winnies have in that area....

Can't a Ham radio antenna use a Droopy Drawers antenna to establish the ground plane just like CB? Asking for a friend.
