I don't believe you can not remove the broken head section without raising the slide itself. Evidently you cannot replace the bolt without removing the slideout.

Have the same problem on my 09Journey 39Z. Have a large slide on the PS that has three rams with motors on the end ones. The centre one is passive and the RH bolt on the middle roller...
