Ok, got it fixed, thanks Winnebago owners on Facebook. One helpful poster said Jim, he said, book writing, "there is a valve there, remove it with a LARGE ALLEN wrench." I did, and he was right.

My problem is the base that the shower hose connects to needs replacing, it is clogged from PO's neglect, and needs replaced. ...
