minus the sofa then adding everything maybe 60-75lbs. Now we can really sleep 4 people comfortably if needed with full walkway to the bathroom during the night.

We need to take turns sleeping with our 7 year old handicap son every night so I ditched the jackknife sofa and made a folding bed frame that holds a 12" memory full size foam mattress 68"x54". ...
