Not sure the exact cause of the soft spots. They appeared every 8 feet. Floor tiles were cracked at 8 foot intervals. Winnie put in a new sub floor. Could be a design flaw with the 39 QD floor plan.

I have a 2002 Itasca Horizon. The floor had "soft" spots. I took it to Forest City and had the floor rebuild. It was done within the three years structural warranty. It took them a week to complete...
