My motor home is not labeled 40/45 and Winnebago says 65 psi is fine.
They test way above that pressure.
I would not exceed a labeled maximum though.

I have been running my Watts whole house...

I have been running my Watts whole house regulator at 60 psi for 8 years and have stayed at RV parks with water pressures from 80 to 125 psi for months at a time with no problems.
