I sprayed the coil cleaning foam on the outside coil and rinsed it off with the hose. Eventually I will pull the unit and clean the evaporate coil .

Basement air , cleaning condensor

Has anyone cleaned their basement ac, and where does the water go. Does it drain out ok? I want to clean the coil with a mild acid that is used on home units. I don't know if it has ever been done.
