OK, so here is how I was able to resolve the coax cable issue.
I tried to pull it up...won't go. From inside, tried to pull it down...won't go.
I pulled it up enough on the roof to have good cable...

good evening BigMac, I am having the exact, same problem on my 04 Vectra.
If I find a solution, I will let you know. I continue to try tomorrow. good luck.
