It is the wall plate with the switch and LED for the OTA (Over The Air) antenna.

motohomo There is not a splitter between the wet bay and the OTE power plate.
There is a splice in the coax in the wall above the One Place panel. The cable TV coax is the one with the red band.

motohomo you must switch off the power to the over the air antenna for the cable signal to work. There is a wall plate with a small button and led on it. Push the button and the led should go off. ...
