I got ICE - looks like a electrical connection...

I got ICE - looks like a electrical connection on the water control valve was not making good contact - re-hooked it up and ICE BABY!!!!!!!!!!

No ice cubes

I have a residential fridge and I can get water from the water dispenser but no ice - any suggestions? I scoured the manuals and can't figure out the problem.:banghead:
