I did try that. I also took the remote off of the wall and took it to the inverter and plugged it in directly to the unit to rule out the cable run.

Well after numerous hours of troubleshooting, I ordered a gently used inverter off of eBay. We will see. I'll keep you posted!

Yes I have manuals and found them online. Trying to rule out motor home stuff first. I may have faulty inverter but I am hoping it was procedural.
