Winnebago class c requires one to manually connect to the onboard genset; hence no auto transfer switch. In reply to mtn charlie.

GFI issue

I hav a 2020 Minnie Winnie 31K with 4000w Onan. Every time the generator starts or stops it kicks the GFI off. Any suggestions.

Long overhang vs towing

Will the long overhang on a Minnie Winnie 31k have an adverse effect on the towed vehicle? Any spirit or minnie 31k experience would be appreciated.

Bought a recharge kit from Advance Auto, hooked it up, and in the process of charging the clutch engaged. However, the next day the clutch did not engage again so I suspect a more serious leak.

Yes, you are right. I finally got to talk to a tech at Le Mesa RV and he had me pull the thermostat and disconnect the two connectors. As soon as I plugged them back in everything started working....
