YES. YES. YES. I changed my 3 bulb bar because DW wasn't getting enough light. I bought 3 250 lumens bright white LED and put them in. Another job well done. She's happy.

Yes it does turn on. But you have to turn it off. For the hotspot to work the wifi or Bluetooth must be on. The iPhone turns them both on. But you can turn off the blue tooth and leave the wifi on....
