Looks like nice RV. Get the 2 front tires replaced as well as front brakes turned and slides lubed. Get a new snorkel hose on the air cleaner so it can get fresh air from outside instead of engine...

You can hold a ruler up to the ceiling and rotate each blade next to the ruler to check if they are at the same level it might help a little.
