Ah ha, I need to cut off about the same on mine....

Ah ha, I need to cut off about the same on mine. I was thinking off using a saws all with a metal cutting blade. What did you use?

I have a question as to what if any a 4" channel iron attached to fame on the passenger on one side if the fuel tank. extends down 4" or 5" below the bottom of the tank. I doesn't attach or...
