Forza 34T TV Questions

I have a Winnebago Forza 34T and am connected to cable TV at the site I am at.

I get some but not all of the channels on the main TV and I do not get any channels on the bed room or outside TV....

I have a 2021 Winnebago Forza 34 and going to out it in storage this week. How do I keep the batteries charged? Can I plug in the shore power? If yes, do I leave battery switches off or on? Both...
