The air filter is a Baldwin PA3493. I just ordered mine from Amazon. The elbows and clamps are listed on the Winnebago parts manual which you can find online.

Inverter on generator power.

Since the inverter works on shore power and not on the generator, it sounds like the inverter transfer switch is wired wrong.

when they replaced your batteries they MIGHT have touched the ground battery cable to a positive post or touched a positive battery cable to a negative post. either cases would blow the reverse...
