The only option we have that you mentioned is the fireplace. We are in So Florida so that hasn’t been a big thing.

It really only sleeps two adults since we have the theater...

Only problem is sleeping arrangements. I wish we had the sleeper sofa instead of the theater seating.
Otherwise love the layout and room it has for a 27’.

Honestly I’d rather just have Electric stabilizers since I always have to raise the front end to make the ac condensate drain to the rear....

It doesn’t have any vent holes but I’m not sure they are really necessary.
