I had the same problem. Took camera out and plugged it directly in to monitor. Still did not work. ordered new camera from Lichtsinn Motors. They stock new ones.excellent service. New one works great.

I have had the same problem. The picture will go away but I still have sound. I checked the wires and connections and found nothing wrong. Seems like a camara problem.
