2014 Itasca Solei GFI Not Working

Located in bathroom.
Reset switch not functioning on GFI.
Put meter on wires and no power.
Other GFI working fine.
No breakers tripped.
Replaced GFI.

Problem solved. HUGE thanks to grtharris, tderonne - the pics were just what I needed. I ended up cutting the valve out and putting a simple 90 degree connection in with no check valve to ensure it...

Well it wasn't the mount - I don't see any water or drops in the lines above. I do below which makes me think its vacuum locked. Any advice on those clamps types/tool need would be helpful.

Thanks - it wasn't upright as shown in the diagram. It was laying down 90 degrees to the photo to the right. Working on figuring out those clamps to get it out.
