Step not working

Hello all, I wondering if there is a way to manually lower and raise the power step on a Vista 31KE. We're on the road and I would rather work on it when I get home.

No the valve works correctly when connected to shore water, normal feeds the coach and fill goes to the fresh water tank. But when not connected to shore water and when you turn on the pump it runs...

Hello all, I have a 2014 31KE and when I run the water pump it pumps water out the city water/tank fill connection, even in the the normal position. Is there a check valve at that connection?
