There's a damper switch that needs to be replaced that will fix it. I did mine a couple years ago - not difficult. Do some research and you'll find out how. Seems like it was around 20 bucks.

I installed a Scan-D on our 2004 Winnebago Journey. The plug is hard to find - under the dash to left of steering column on our coach. Grey in color. Keep looking!

I've been on the phone with HWH after waiting half a day for a call back. Found a blown 5 amp fuse in circuit panel, so had to hang up and go buy fuses. Now I'm back in line waiting for a call back....
