I've replaced tires and battery. Had the tanks cleaned. And when the sun comes out will cot the roof.
Just to give me a starting point.

Hi Joe,
Great looking trailer; it looks brand-new to me!
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks.
I looks like it was never used very much.
I took it out for a shake down and everything seems to work and no leaks.
The roof is getting chalky. But it's dry inside. No smells or stains.
Slide out moves with no problems. Awing showing age but in good shape.

It seems like it my have been stored indoors for a while because all the seals and trim plastic is in good shape. The place I bought it from had around a dozen trailers out front. All used. The lot was in front of this large warehouse. In side had 8 beautifully restored muscle cars. And it still had room for all the trailers he had in the lot. He said it was his man cave. It's all relative I guess.

It seems like a good deal. We paid <$12k for it including TTL. Between tires, battery, roof coat and tank cleaning I spent $1700. Adding the stuff I bought for it, call it $14K.
Now were just waiting for the ax to fall. And it looks like maybe suspension issues. But that's for another thread.

Very nice Micro Minnie Joe. Great that you were able to find one is such pristine condition. Sold my 2108ds last week, but I’ll still be lurking the forum to help out if needed.

Thanks.
it's a bit of a low rider.
Of course after taking it out for the dry run, there's things I want to do to it.
Spending the money as we speak!

If it has torsion axles it is very easy to lift . E-Trailer sells a 3 1/2 inch kit > I did mine in my yard . First axle took an hour , second maybe 20 minutes ! I have the same trailer , took a seven week trip last summer , Florida to Seattle , wash .
