Hi - glad to find this site and forum. We are the Griffin's and we are located in the Upstate of SC. New owners of a 02 Ultimate Advantage - first DP for us and love this rig. Kids are grown and out, just the wife and I and 3 dogs. Talking daily about selling the house and going full time in our DP while we still can and are able to enjoy it. Been working on a budget and figuring out what we would keep and put in storage and what to get rid of.
Always loved to camp and raised our kids camping. Started out in a really ragged popup but hey that's how you afford to take a family of 5 to the beach several times a year along with trips to Disney, the mountains, etc.
What do folks do for work while being full timers? Not ready for retirement yet, I work in the cutting tool business so I can always do contract CNC Programming or machining of some type.
