Looking for help

We just purchased a used Forza 34t from an individual. Before we bought we had a NRVIA inspector check it out for us. He didn’t find anything that would keep us from buying so we did.

The coach had a king topper installed over the queen mattress along with a owner designed and installed support for the topper on the drivers side of the bed.

When we got home we removed the king topper and the support. A few days later I noticed a soft spot in the floor. Turns out at some point the water heater leaked and caused the damage to the floor.

Two questions- do we have any recourse against the inspector who missed the problem and does anyone know of a source for instructions to repair the damage?
The service place near our house wants $7k to repair it.

Hi Terry,
Searching this site for Soft Floor, you will find some threads. Similarly, searching for NRVIA has threads as well.
Welcome to the forum.
