Headed to AZ from WI in late January in Winnebago View. Fortunately we have the clubs, grill and bikes loaded in nice weather. What should I know heading out in single digit temps. Winterized, hope to add fresh water in 2 days.

Head directly South, do not pass go, do not collect $200, until you reach consistent overnight temps of 32 degrees or higher. Then de-winterize and head West.
