One of the more important points will be where and how the window is leaking.
Is it leaking through the caulking/seal around the frame or does it leak around the glass in the slide portion?
Does it need new sealing or is it the weather stripping that is the problem?
Are there drain holes which are stopped up and need cleaned?
More info will help to sort the problem but replacement is not usually worthwhile, unless something is damaged big time.
