Don’t let the dealer sell you anything like extended service contracts, paint protection, fabric protection, tire packages, etc (unless you really want those things, of course). At closing, they will send you to the F&I office for completion of the sale. As part of that process the person there will attempt to sell you as many unnecessary things as possible at the highest price possible. They will try to make it seem that everyone buys these things and you’ll be making a mistake if you don’t agree to buy them.
