Change lights to LEDs New to us 2006 Vectra

We are wanting to change all the lights to LED. Can't seem to find the screw in puck lights, all are spring loaded, any advise?

Are you wanting to change the bulb only or the fixture itself?
I would suggest here are tons of places to shop for either, so I just go online as a start as a way to view the full range of options.
If looking for bulb only, knowing what to call the base may be a needed first step. By "screw in" do you mean the type like the normal house light bulb base size? That is often called E26 or E27 and they both seem to fit the same, mmore often sold as E27!
A shop like bulb plus may be a good site to tell you what each sixe base is called but there are lots os styles and sizes so I narrow it down to the correct name first.

Second items to know are what "brightness" and that is in lumens. More light from more lumens.
Color is in Kelvin (K) with duller more like old lights being "redder" at around 3200K and hospital room blue/white at around 5500K!
Personal choice but my older eyes like 5000K for any close work!

The bulb doesn't come out of the housing so to get an LEd you would have to change the whole thing. Problem is it has 3 screws and everything I find has a spring load and doesn't actually screw into the ceiling.

You may find this older thread about my 2005 Vectra useful: LED Upgrades

With the changes over the last ten years, the field is much easier to find what we want now as LED are now the norm instead of cutting edge.

Good move and good post for then but some of the "experiement" has been moved into being "normal" now. LED tube lights can now be found at Sam's!

For changing out the fixture, I might go for something like this if needing this many?
https://www.amazon.com/Leisure-LED-I...746427&sr=8-16

Or we can go to an RV dealer and pay a few bucks more to get a single!!!

With so many options, it gets down to what we each like!
For me $25 for 5 is a bit better than $29 for one!

Another option?
