Cable TV in 2019 Vista 29VE

I am a new member that needs help with cable TV - I have a 2019 Vista 29VE.
I connect the cable form the feed at the campsite to the hook up in the electric cord box - push the button for cable in the box above the door & do a scan for cable tv stations. I am unable to get any stations - is there a set I am missing?
Thanks for any assistance!! Brian

Greetings Brian,
When the button in the box above the door is pushed (& glowing) that directed your TV to the roof-top antenna. For cable, the button should be out and the light off.
Welcome to the forum.

Funny.... I still get confused with the Kwikie Step, so you have to turn it OFF for it to stay Out. Don't get me started on the orientation of the winterizing valves even with the pink pictures
