2017 Vista 29VE TV removal?

We just bought the 2017 vista 29ve. There wasn't an owners manual. This is our 4th mh and as usual trying to learn all the new to us features and locations of everything. I'm a bit stumped as we want to replace the insignia tv with a new LG smart tv. Figured out how to get the old one off the wall and it has the old red, white and yellow connectors for input etc. The new TV has 3 hdmi ports, a USB port. I'm trying to figure out how this is going to work. There is a drop down cabinet above the door way with the coaxial cable and a duplex plug in. Also the drop down has a gas strut that isn't connected and the door is very heavy and I would assume it should be connected somewhere but I can't see where it might have been before. Is this the cabinet where a DVD or Blu-ray would be stored and hooked up? As you can tell I'm not very techy so any help would be appreciated. So far all the manuals I've been able to look at don't even mention the cabinet...

Owners manuals here:
https://www.winnebago.com/
Lots of info online to help but not always as complete as we might like?

Interactive parts drawings to find where things hideAnd what to call them:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

But for TV coax, etc wiring this may help:
https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...e29ve_wire.htm

Bottom of the list are two to check as they have a standard way and mark coax with tape on the ends to match the drawings info.
TV diagrams for what cable should go where and example of color coding.
Click this snip for better view!

Then the install drawings are more physical layout type stuff and may be better for locating what you see in the RV.
Kind of need to look for what you have and find the diagram which matches, like one or two TV, inside, outside, etc.

Then if you can't find something like a splitter, you may be able to go to the parts drawings and search it out on those?

Not a good audio video guy so not much help on the HOW of connecting a new one!

Best of luck and welcome to the group!

Thank you, I'll check it out. All help is appreciated. I've used several different forums for help here and really saved me time and some money.
Thanks again for the info

Here is a direct link to the comprehensive Operators Manual for the 2017 Vista motorhome:

https://www.winnebago.com/Admin/Publ...17/17VISTA.pdf

Be aware that there are two versions of this manual available based on when your Vista was built. The change over happens usually in July/Aug. don’t worry too much about this “usually” there are not major changes. But it’s good to be aware of it, just in case.

Here’s a link to the earlier version - which is actually the 2016 manual:
