No problems here either. Ours is leather with the exception of the dinette.

- 2003 Taj Mahal interior
- "Banquette, 3 cushion" brocade-type fabric couch (has pull-down arm rest/snack tray and large drawer underneath)
- Cloth appears to be dis-integrating in some parts of the pattern

Another consideration, was the furniture made by StichCraft or FlexSteel? The couch, recliner and captians chairs are FlexSteel. Not sure about the banquet?? But after a year everything looks fine.

I took my m/h to Forest City (first of 3 visits) for warrenty one item was the recliner chair was unravelling on the seat, but they refused to repair under warrenty but woud gladly repair if I paid for it. It still as it was unrepaired. I got the impression they thought I done it somehow. It was that way when I purchsed the m/h but we didn't notice it.

ALL of mine -- driver & co-pilot power captain chairs, banquette couch, Easy Rest sofa, and dining table chairs -- are Villa branded.
