2009 View Engine Codes won’t clear

My son is a Mechanic and keeps my 2009 View in great shape. Coming home from a short trip about a month ago, I noticed the check engine light was on. Katy2 was driving beautifully, no obvious problem. Dan has been trying to track down the issue since then. He has replaced several parts but the codes persist.
I asked him to list what he has replaced and we are hoping that someone might know how this could be resolved.

First code: 2623. Charge air system

Second code: 2626 Diesel particulate filter.

Parts replaced;
Mass air flow sensor
Oxygen sensor
Differential Pressure Sensor

He has cleaned the exhaust particulate filter.
Fixed a vacuum leak.
There is no other visible rodent damage.

Any ideas, as to how to clear those codes, would be appreciated.
